CIGANA, Anna - It is with extreme sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Anna Cigana (nee Rizzo) announces her passing after a long and ferocious battle on Friday, August 20, 2010 at the age of 46. Anna, a true angel on earth, was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and friend. Her passion for life will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege of knowing her and sharing her love. She will be missed dearly by her husband Ett and precious daughters Stephanie and Sabrina. Beloved daughter of Domenico and Teresa. Cherished daughter-in-law of Maria and the late Domenico. Loving sister to Tony, Greg (Biagina), John (Linda), Mario (Janice), Ross (Terry), Rita (Michael) and Nikki (Phil). Dear sister-in-law to Sante (Lucy), Anna (Frank) and Fabio (Amanda). She will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews and extended family. A special thank you to the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and Orangeville Hospital for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Princess Margaret Hospital. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family (60 Allan Dr., Bolton, ON) on Tuesday, August 24th at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
