Angela Mazzolini

Passed away peacefully on Monday May 13, 2024 at the age of 98. Devoted wife of the late Luigi Mazzolini. Proud mother of Alan. Cherished Nonna of Lia, Jordan and daughter-in-law, Monique. She will be sadly missed by her many siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. Angela has been reunited with the love of her life Luigi.

Angela met her husband back in Italy. Shortly after marrying, Luigi left for Canada to get established. After a year or so Angela joined Luigi and together the young couple worked hard to provide for their family.

Angela would often be found in her gardens tending to her flowers and vegetables, which she took great pride in. She was also a woman of enormous heart. Always concerned for others and ready to give a helping hand whenever needed.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Ward Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Daily Bread Food Bank would be appreciated.
