With the comfort of knowing and having her loving family by her side, Angela passed into God's hands at Hospice Vaughan on Thursday April 18, 2024.

Born on March 19, 1935 in Itri, Latina to Annunziata & Alessandro Maggiacomo, she was the 3rd of 7 children. Immigrating to Canada in the late 1950’s, she was eventually reunited with the rest of her family and was able to sponsor her beloved husband Joe (predeceased in 2005) in 1957 whom she married within 30 days of his arrival.
Angela & Joe raised their 2 children, Mary (Rico) & Anthony (Maria Teresa) with a lot of love, laughter and life lessons. The biggest joy of Angela’s life were her 4 grandchildren; Christopher, Victoria, Cassandra & Anastasia.
She was the much loved sister to John (predeceased), Mario, Fred, her sisters-in-law, along with her many nieces and nephews, and best friend to the Pezza Family.
She spent countless hours flower and vegetable gardening, and walking with friends. Mom was active in activities in the Itri Canadian Social Club, under the direction of Mirella Ialongo for whom she had a great admiration and friendship. Angela will be missed by all who knew her and had the pleasure to have had a conversation and perhaps a grappa with her.
Rest in Peace Mom knowing you were well loved and will be missed.
