Angela’s legacy is her four cherished children, Tony, Rose, Michael and John.
Angela survived the famine, World War II and seven years of separation from her husband Rocco who immigrated to Canada searching for a better life for the family.
She raised her two eldest Tony and Rose, took care of her mother in law and sister in law on her own during those seven years. She finally was able to join her husband to begin the building of a new life in Canada. She gave birth to Michael and John and the family of six was united in building a better life in her new country,
Angela ruled her family with much love and plenty of good home cooking. The measure of her sacrifice and commitment is evident in the unity of the siblings, their spouses and their children. The bond among them is strong due to her influence.
She loved to garden and was devoted to her faith. She was a strong independent woman who lived on her own when her husband past away in1985 until Alzheimers took control in 2014.
She was blessed with six grand children, Christopher, David, Amy, Julian, Stephanie and Alexander as well as six great grand children, Brennan, Lyla, Julianna, Luca, Vanessa and Aria.
Her presence will be missed in our family gatherings however it will live forever in our hearts.
Rest in peace Angela.
