Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 93 years of age. Predeceased by Antonio Della Mattia (d. 2010), her husband of 59 years. Beloved mother of Isabella (Peter), Diego (Lauren) and Giorgio (Carola). Dear Nonna to Adam, Andrew, Kristen (Stephen), Erin, Andrea, Robbie and Lisa. Bisnonna to Sophia, Jackson and Lilliana.
She will lovingly be remembered by her many nieces and nephews and their families in Canada and Italy. She will be missed by her long-time friends, as well as her new friends at Sherwood Court LTC.
Special thanks to Astier, her PSW who’s kindness and compassion gave her dignity.
