It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Albano, at home, on Friday December 30, 2022 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Teresa. Loving and caring father to Mario, Frank (Cheryl) and Albert (Rosanna). Cherished Nonno to his loving granddaughter Danielle. Our father will be remembered as a kind and hard working individual who will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He loved working in his garden, it was his passion. Thank you dad for all your love and support. You are the best dad anyone could ask for, and will miss our afternoon car rides through High Park. Dad, you are now reunited with mom. You are now pain free and can sleep peacefully. Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd on Monday January 2, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Ward Funeral Home on Tuesday January 3, 2023 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, 1570 Royal York Road, Etobicoke. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made in Albano’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
