Peacefully at Faith Manor (Holland Christian Homes) on Monday December 13, 2010. Agnes was called home to be with her Lord. Agnes is predeceased by her husband Marten in 1997. Agnes was a loving mother to Michael (Jean) of London and Theresa of Stratford. Grandmother of 4 children and great grandmother “Beppe” to 8 great grandchildren. Michelle Meijer (Daryl) and their children Ashley, Jared, and Brennan; Marvin Talsma (Kerri) and their children Kayleigh, Makenna, and Jaelyn; Darryl George (Kay) and their children Rye and Kobi; and Stephen Talsma. Beloved sister of Jantje Vandermeer (Wietse), Marie deBoer (Peter), Okke Bouma (Nita), and Ray Bouma (Clara). Predeceased by her sisters Gerrie Vandergoot (Ted), and Fenny Geertsma (Marten), and her brothers Joe Bouma (Martha), and Frank Bouma (Inke).
