ADELL (DASSIE) SMITH. Adell Smith passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, on Sunday April 25th, 2021 in his 73rd year. Beloved father of Alvarine (Theodore), Shane (Tina), loving grandfather to Xiannah, Jaylah, Isaac, Ciara, Zai. A Loved brother, adored uncle and Pops. Adell immigrated from Jamaica in the early 70s and worked as an Upholster and top union representative at Barrymore Furniture in Toronto for many years. Always the life of the party, his love for music kept him very busy working as a DJ within the community at local restaurants. Proud of his ability to connect with the youth, he regularly volunteered his time at Second Harvest in Toronto. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Due to the Covid-19 protocol, a private service will be held, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
