Adam Turjansky

TURJANSKY, Adam Joseph - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Adam Joseph Turjansky. He will be deeply missed by his mother and father, Anne and Ihor; his loving grandmother Mary Sacharnacki; his beloved aunts Stefania Sacharnacki, Olga Kalynowysk (Walter), Irene Turjansky (Herwig); and his first cousins Chrissy, Nina (Thom), William, Ivan, Tessa; his close family members of the Bizyk Family, Aunt Diane, Uncle Bill, Uncle Pete, Uncle Steve and his many cousins; his Godparents Irene Whyte and Peter Worona, as well as his many extended family members and loving friends especially those from both the Canadian and Ukrainian Bandurist Capellas. He is predeceased by his grandparents Kataryna and Bohdan Turjansky and Joseph Sacharnacki. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd., (north of Lawrence Ave.) Weston, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Church of St. Demetrius the Great Martyr Byzantine Ukrainian Catholic Church, 135 La Rose Ave., Toronto. Interment at St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Cemetery, 1280 Dundas St. West, Oakville.
