Ready to join Ted, peacefully on Thursday, June 28th, 2018. Cheryl Meredith of Oakville at the age of 73. Loving mother of Grant (Trish) and Cari (Colin McMurray). Proud Nana to and sadly missed by her grandchildren Allyson and Emma Meredith and Alexis McMurray. Loving sister of Connie (Marv), Neil (Tetia), and predeceased by her parents Charles & Katherine and brother Bryce. Cheryl’s biggest smiles were reserved for the times she talked about her family and how proud she was about the accomplishments of her grandchildren. A special thanks to Karen and Alex who Cheryl found a special place in her heart for making the many months of home care possible throughout her journey and to the healthcare team and volunteers at Ian Anderson House.
