Obituary

PALMER, Andrena of Kleinburg,Ontario, Canada passed away peacefully in her sleep with her
children by her side on Friday, September 20th 2019. She was affectionately known to
everyone as Grammie. Loving mother of Ken (deceased), Elizabeth, Deborah, Shawn,
mother-in-law of Armando and Rob. Loving Grandmother of Ryan (spouse: Helene Sourdeau), Ashley (spouse: Ativ Ajmera), Brendyn, Dante and Alex.
Loving Great Grandmother of Arthur, Sebastian and Celestine. In Ireland, She will be
sadly missed by her Sisters Jean and Betty and brother-in-law Norman and nieces Audrey &
husband Philip and Pamela & husband David and their boys Jonathan & Andrew.
Andrena was born in Dundonald Northern Ireland and grew up in a small Northern Irish village,
Ballyhalbert by the Irish Sea. She immigrated to Canada and made Canada her home to raise
four children. She had many wonderful and memorable trips back to visit her family. These trips
were one of the highlights of her life.
She dedicated herself being a homemaker and raising and protecting her children,
grandchildren & great grandchildren which she did up until her last beautiful breath. She was
always there when you needed guidance, support or a loving hug and never judged or found
excuses. She ALWAYS stood by family and friends (even strangers) for any love, hugs or
kisses she could offer.
Mom (Grammie) you have touched each and everyone of our hearts and we are ALL better for
having known such a wonderful “ANGEL”. We know you will be by each of our sides until we
can all be together again in Heaven. Have that tea pot ready for a Big Tea Party.
Rest in Peace in Ireland.
Friends are invited to meet with the family for a memorial and service on Wednesday
September 25, 2019 at Ward Funeral Home , 4671 York Regional Road 7 Woodbridge.

To All Our Family in Canada,

I can't believe Aunt Renee has gone. She has left a massive hole in the family circle but she will never be forgotten. She was one of a kind, loved her family in Canada and also her family here in Northern Ireland. We have lots of great memories from her visits back home. It was so good to have spent time with her when she was back here in the summer with Debbie.

Oh how the teapot was nearly burnt out every visit she made.

Sending love to you all and forever remembering a wonderful Aunt and Friend.

Philip and Audrey xxx
